Our staff will also file your claims once you begin treatment. In order to facilitate that process, we’ll ask you to complete the insurance questions on the patient forms prior to beginning treatment.
If your insurance benefits should change during your treatment time, perhaps due to a time change, please communicate that change with our staff as soon as possible to avoid any disruption in coverage. Remember that, regardless of a change in benefits, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

- Auto Drafts. We do automatically draft payments from patient checking/savings or credit card accounts.
