Types of Braces We Offer Patients today have many options when it comes to wearing braces. Many of our adult patients choose to wear clear ceramic braces due to their cosmetic appeal. We also offer modern metal braces, which are smaller, more comfortable and more attractive. The gold braces we use are stainless steel braces, which are coated with 24 karat gold. The Invisalign System that we offer is a series of translucent aligners that have been generated by computer simulation to gradually move the teeth. These braces are available to adults with specific bite problems.
Your First Visit During your first visit we will conduct a thorough examination and discuss your possible treatment options. You can expect to spend about an hour with us as we will sit down with you after the initial exam to explain your treatment options, the cost and payment options. We want to be sure that you leave our office on that first day with a very clear understanding of what your treatment will consist of and how long it will take. We also will answer any questions you may have. We know that your time is important to you so we ask that you bring any past panoramic x-rays taken during the past six months and your insurance card if you have orthodontic coverage. We will send all necessary paperwork to you in advance.
We will be using this blog to share office information and news with you. We also plan on posting interesting reading material here related to the exciting world of orthodontics. We hope that you stop by regularly to see what is new! We encourage comments and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks for visiting our blog and remember to keep on smiling because your smile is your number one asset!
